Rabelink Logistics takes over the logistics company Lups Pitt in Romania
Duisburg, 12.12.2022. At the end of November, Rabelink Logistics officially signed the acquisition agreement with Lups Pitt in Romania. Alexandru Kerekes, General Director of Romania, signed the contract with the transport company on behalf of Rabelink Logistics.
Lups Pitt is located in Baia Mare, just like Rabelink Logistics. “We have now gained another location in Baia Mare, in addition to Circalau. A really great thing, because we have a lot planned with the new location,” says Managing Director of Rabelink Logistics Alwin Schweckhorst.
The takeover will add 14 more trucks and 13 trailers to the fleet in Romania, which already consists of 20 trucks. There was also good news for the 21 employees of Lups Pitt: “We are very happy about the increase and have also taken over all drivers as well as planners and mechanics with the signing of the contract. The customer base also remains the same as a result of the takeover,” says Alwin Schweckhorst.
