New year brings personnel changes in the Group
The turn of the year brings several changes at the management level of the group of companies. Andreas Lorenz is stepping down as Managing Director of Huettemann Logistik (HL). Until now, in addition to his group-wide tasks in the area of IT and digitalisation, he has been responsible for the Northern Germany division, including the Isernhagen and Ahrensburg locations. In future, the operational business will be managed by Managing Director André Manuguerra, who will thus assume overall operational responsibility for HL. The top management is strengthened by Çetin Çelik, who joins the management of HL in addition to M+F Spedition and is responsible for sales. The new dual leadership is intended to make more intensive use of the synergy potential between HL and M+F in the Northern Germany area and to dovetail the business. In practice, the new management duo alongside Manfred Köhler is already living and acting; appointment and resignation will take place promptly.
As a result, Andreas Lorenz will be able to concentrate fully on his role as head of group-wide IT in the future and drive forward the digitalisation of the subsidiaries. This has become drastically more important in recent years and with the growing size of the company. The task now is to create the resources to keep up with the pace of development. Andreas Lorenz will also contribute his know-how to infrastructural topics and the planning of new logistics business on a project-related basis. In addition to his procuration in the holding company, he will also receive procuration in HL for this purpose.
At the turn of the year, there were also changes in the ownership structure of the group of companies: the dormant partner Dr. Antje Munk – a native of Hüttemann and a shareholder through AMKH (stands for: Antje Munk, Klaus Hüttemann) – has left. Peter and Lilly Hüttemann, Klaus Hüttemann’s children, have taken her place. The shares therefore remain in family hands. The change of shareholders has no influence on the Group: AMKH will continue to be managed by Klaus Hüttemann himself.
