Manfred Köhler
Manfred Köhler, born in 64, has been on board Huettemann for more than 30 years and has been a co-partner in the group of companies since 2021. Growing up in Sigmaringen, he completed an internship at the former Huettemann subsidiary Knoche & Barth while studying business administration in Heilbronn and stayed. “Accounting, scheduling, truck driving – this not only helped me finance part of my studies, but also taught me practical skills from the ground up,” says Manfred Köhler. “I still benefit from that today.”
After completing his studies, Manfred Köhler joined the parent company as assistant to the management under company founder and mentor Wolf Hüttemann. Subsequently, he helped to build up the parcel business of the subsidiary German Parcel (today GLS), accompanied several company takeovers and is jointly responsible for the successful corporate structure of the Huettemann Group.
Privately, Manfred Köhler has been working on the perfect golf swing and a positive handicap (currently minus 9.5) for more than twenty years. Two years ago, he also discovered his passion for drums.
