Disabled people are not a handicap: on the contrary. They prove this to us every day: at the Toy Distribution Centre in Nordhorn, everything revolves around toys for M+F Spedition. Our subsidiary is supported by the people of Lebenshilfe Nordhorn. For more than ten years, people with disabilities have been actively involved in toy logistics. And it’s hard to imagine life without them. It’s not just their great performance that inspires the work on site. It is their joie de vivre, the fun they have at work and the enthusiasm with which ten Lebenshilfe employees infect us every day. Like every other employee, they are firmly integrated at the site and make a valuable contribution to the success of our company.
